All of our technicians use latex gloves, shoe covers, special hand wash, and now disinfectant to clean all tools and work surfaces in your home before and after service.
We will no longer shake hands and distantly convey greetings. All estimates will be emailed or text and accepted electronically.

Through the video consultation, you can speak to a technician to help us understand what is the problem with your air condition system. You can show him through your phone issues and even demonstrate the problem. We might be able to solve your problem over the video consultation.
If you do need a technician to go out to your home, the video consultation can speed up the process of diagnosis since we will have a good understanding on what is the issue with your air conditioning system. Reducing the time of person to person contact.
Also the $25 will be credited towards a repair.
